Fancy and absolutely fantastic place with very attentive employees at the reception desk. Handy, excellent location almost in centre of city. Also - short walk to the old town and both the railway and the old town.

Overall it was a nice size for shoes-bathroom. The location turned out to be excellent and unbeatable, close enough to both the railway and the old town and the city centre and old town.

Possibly the best and perfect 10/10 stay for a weekend. Units with a fold up sofa. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a medieval church.

Overall it was neat with a fold up sofa. A storage and a lounge were important for us. The hotel was in a handy location, near the old town.

Comforts of reasonably spacious king room with merged beds were fabulous. A storage space, climate control, and a lounge were much appreciated.

The breakfast was nice with sufficient variety. Its location was marvellous and perfect, close to both the railway and the old town, the Tallinn Old Town, and Also near the bus station.

The staff at City Hotel Tallinn By Unique Hotels are exceptional - always smiling and incredibly kind. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and helped with every request. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and surrounded by beautiful green areas. The hotel offers excellent Wi-Fi and the facilities are well-maintained. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a kettle provided. the experience was like staying in a 5-star hotel.

Wi-fi was free and worked well at least in the room. The hotel and the room was very tidy.

Instead of being a regular "hotel", the place seemed like a "hostel" or "guest house" - at least as to the room service being not included (which I wasn't aware of, while booking the accomodiation, as the description text of the hotel on Booked.net was rather vague on this part).

Good value for money, excellent location

I arrived in Tallinn with a rented car which I had to return the the rental company. I parked in a parking just in front of the hotel and the hotel staff gave me a parking permit which I put into the car, visible from outside. After one hour I discovered I had been fined and realized I had to fill the permit in with the car registration, date and hours. Having to look after family, baggage etc I had overlooked it and nobody told me at the reception. The hotel staff tried to do something by calling the parking company without success. I think I will have to pay it.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short walk to the city center. Additionally, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a room even though we arrived earlier than check-in time.

There were several negative aspects of our stay. The room had a strong smell, similar to wet dog, which made it unpleasant to be in.

Hotel is good but please note reception to another hotel. Continental breakfast is so so.. It included in the room rate. In front of hotel you can visit SPA complex of Meritton hotel for low prices. Good free wifi internet access. This no bad hotel if you need cheap acommodation in Tallinn.

Little noisy from another rooms. The soup was out in my bathroom when I came.

Very pleasant surprise. We arrived at 11.30 pm, but the lady at the reception was very friendly and polite, gave us instructions for free parking, etc. Room was very clean, bathroom a bit small but again very clean and although on the street side the noise was at an ok level. Breakfast was very good as well. Overall, great value for money.
